Our Reviews
We have been staying at the Clover for about 9 years now. Twice a year usually as a present to ourselves. It is a wonderful space to relax and unwind. I do not very often post reviews but this is a unique place, it's one of a kind in this country. The staff are very friendly and helpful and make the stay special. The treatments are done by skilled therapists and leave me feeling wonderful. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is not keen on sitting around in a wet costume whilst trying to relax. I hope when you visit, you enjoy it as much as we do.

First visit .. more to come. My wife and I are just home from our first trip to Clover Spa - an overnight stay in the hotel with plenty of time spent at the spa. Such a magical place - not big, by any standard but don't let that put you off. There's plenty to do and enough suave for everyone. The staff are incredible - a special shout out to Martin who might just be the kindest, most helpful person we've ever met. We really loved the atmosphere here, met some truly lovely people and were made to feel totally welcome from the get go. We'll definitely be back !

Relaxing weekend away for 2. Beautifully clean, tidy, serene, and relaxed. Great team who can not do enough for you. Checked if we wanted evening meals bookings and offered us breakfast timed slots as the kitchen is not big. Massive front room with superking bed. Facilities ideal, jacuzzi well used and avaiable for residence to enjoy late in to the evening. Secluded garden with loads of loungers and garden games.

Last week I had an overnight stay at the wonderful Clover Spa and Hotel. The room was comfortable, clean and tastefully decorated. Most of the guests on the days I stayed were regulars which was a good sign. The staff were friendly and helpful. The weather was super which was a bonus . It enabled everyone to get out in the well tended garden and get some early spring sunshine. Overall a really super naturist experience.

Wonderful place. Clean, comfortable, welcoming and friendly. Gorgeous and well kept large sunny garden with the best hot tub in the West Midlands by far. Hotel rooms beautiful with ensuites and extremely comfortable beds. Birthday suits only though so don't be surprised!

What an amazing day I have had was a little apprehensive at first as it was my first time of visiting. I had nothing to worry about Dan welcomed me and gave me a tour. Once my clothes were off I felt quite relaxed. I had booked a 90 minute treatment session Raquel was amazing and professional I had the full body scrub and the 60 minute massage. I feel really great after the whole experience and I will be definitely visiting again

A Naturist Oasis: My Transformative First Experience After two years of hesitation, I finally took the plunge and visited clover spa, a naturist spa and hotel—and it was absolutely incredible! From the moment I stepped in, the staff welcomed me with warmth and professionalism, instantly easing my first-timer nerves. The facilities were outstanding: pristine, serene, and perfectly designed for relaxation. Even the regular guests were a highlight, greeting me with kindness and making me feel part of their judgment-free community. As someone new to naturism, I was anxious, but clover spa turned that trepidation into triumph. The supportive environment allowed me to feel truly comfortable in my own skin, something I never thought possible. Beyond the physical calm of the spa, the mental health benefits were profound. The freedom and acceptance I experienced lifted my spirits in ways I can’t fully express—it was a leap forward for my well-being. If you’re nervous about trying naturism, let this be your sign to visit clover spa. It’s a safe, uplifting haven that changed my perspective—and my life. Don’t wait as long as I did; this gem is worth every courageous step!

My wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary by staying two nights at the lovely Clover Spa & Hotel. This is our second visit to clover but this year we managed to book a room for the weekend. The weekend was as expected, exceptional, its a sad moment when you have to leave. The beautiful gardens and spa facilitates are extremely well maintained and very clean, our room was comfortable and very clean, and all the staff just help the whole experience a pleasurable one – Lisa you were amazing as always however it feels unfair to single you out as everybody from the front of house team to the lovely cleaner are so friendly and respectful. If you are experienced or new to naturism I would highly recommend a visit or even a longer stay at Clover, from the moment you walk in your clothes aren’t the only things that are removed, all your stresses and problems are discarded. Thank you to the Clover team for making our weekend so wonderful.

We have stayed on numerous occasions and back in February 2022 decided to go for 3 days over New Year. Told it would be good, well we were not disappointed. Had a fantastic New Year’s Evening and seeing in the New Year. Great Disco (DJ Au Natural) people up dancing from 8pm. The Hot Tub, Sauna and Steam Room clean and tied as ever it is. Breakfast choice all you coild ask for, from serial to full English. Good lady had a treatment, came back, relaxed and singing the praises of the masseuse. (Nice to see her enjoying the NYE party).

My first trip to a naturist venue. Wow my first visit. Staff before I arrive were in contact, gave me all the information I needed. When I arrived they showed me round and let me know everything I needed. The room was amazing, the facilities are absolutely 💯 and spotless. The gardens are a work of art and a proper sun trap, bring sun lotion if there’s chance of sun. Staff super helpful and always available day and night. Nothing is to much trouble. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this place, its possibly best I’ve stayed in.

We visited Clover Spa for an end of summer relaxing vacation with no real plans. This was my first real naturist experience and I don’t think it could have been more pleasant. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the spa facilities were wonderful, and the food selection and quality was great. I loved not having to get dressed to have a good meal! The hot tub is large and spacious and with the cool weather in the evenings was very refreshing. My wife made use of the spa facilities several times and thanks to Lisa got a modified massage from Rachel to fit her comfort level. Definitely looking forward to a return visit!

My wife and I enjoyed a Birmingham city break just after the Commonwealth Games. Clover Spa and Hotel is only 20 minutes drive from the city centre or just a short train ride away. We stopped in a ‘Comfy Room’, number 3, overlooking the hotel gardens. The room was clean and nicely set out with a small but perfectly adequate ensuite. Tim and his team work extremely hard to make everyone feel welcome. The atmosphere is unlike any other hotel and incredibly relaxing. Although we didn’t take advantage of any of the spa treatments on offer, we did use the hot tub, sauna, steam room, plunge pool and heated benches. Luckily we had good weather during our break and were able to sit out in the garden with a drink or just sunbathe. After an excellent freshly cooked full English breakfast, we didn’t feel the need for any lunch although there was a good selection of sandwiches and snacks available. There’s also a good selection of evening meals at very reasonable prices. Thursday night, we took part in the quiz hosted by Emma which was great fun. I think we came second which was a pleasant surprise. If you are looking for a truly relaxing break, or just need a base to explore Birmingham or the surrounding area, you won’t find anywhere else that comes close to Clover Spa and Hotel. Even the shortest break leaves you feeling like you’ve just had a full holiday. It’s just a shame you have to get dressed again when you leave.
