If I’m naked won’t people stare at me?

If you were naked on the high street amongst hundreds of clothed people then I’m sure you would grab attention, but in a clothes optional spa where the numbers are few and everyone is predominately naked or simply towelled, robed or in swimwear then you’re just part of the group. Being naked in a sauna for example is the natural thing to do, with the heat gently relaxing tired muscles and the pores of your skin releasing toxins it is also the sensible thing to do.

Staring doesn’t really come into it, yes you notice naked people and they will notice you but it is an amazing thing when you remove the labels of clothing you are a naked human just like those around you with all the minor differences that make you as a person but without pretence, competition or oneupmanship, it is respectful and liberating.
