- Our fully qualified therapists will carry out a full consultation enabling you to choose the best treatments for you.
- On Arrival
To ensure all our guests get to enjoy the full benefits of the spa we would like to ask all guests to arrive 20 minutes before all treatments or check in times. This way all guests will get a chance to unwind in our relaxation room.
- Questionnaires
All guests will be asked to fill in a questionnaire when they first arrive on their health. Please contact your doctor if you are under going any treatments or are suffering from any illness and seek advice before arriving.
- Spa Treatments
We recommend that you book your Spa treatments in advance. We offer a discount of 10% for all treatments booked and paid for 7 days in advance. Our Spa treatments are suitable for both men and woman. Payment is taken on reservation and is fully non-refundable.
Our spa packages are suitable for both men and women.
- Cancellation Policy
There is no charge on cancellations with more than 24 hours notice, however we reserve the right to charge 50% on cancellations offering less than 24 hours notice.

- Custom Facial
This express yet effective treatment is perfect for those wishing to try a facial for the first time. It includes a cleanse, tone, moisturise and a mask to renew and hydrate.

Suitable for all skin types, this deep cleansing and relaxing facial purifies, refines and deeply hydrates. Using deep massage techniques, pressure points and drainage, this treatment will leave you and your skin feeling and looking radiant. This treatment also includes an oriental massage of the scalp and the neck whilst the mask is on.

This luxurious treatment involves a full body skin brushing and exfoliation leaving the skin soft and smooth, followed by a full body massage with almond oil and includes the face, scalp and neck.

- Hopi Ear Candles
This treatment is soothing and helpful for earache, headache, ear noise, stress and nervousness. The candle is placed just inside the ear and light suction is created by the small flame of the candle, just a few inches away from the ear. This creates a vibration of air within the candle, giving a gentle massage-like effect on the ear drum, dislodging excess wax. Not suitable for those with perforated ear drum, grommets or any inflammation or infection of the ear.
